DoMore Privacy Policy

Last updated:2026-10-11

Introduction

DoMore (the "Service") is provided by the DoMore developer ("we", "us"). We understand how important your personal information is to you, and we process and protect it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law, the Cybersecurity Law and other laws and regulations, as well as applicable laws in other jurisdictions.

This Policy applies to the DoMore app and related services. Please read and fully understand this Policy before using the Service; by starting to use the Service you agree to this Policy.

Personal information processor: the DoMore developer (an individual developer). Contact: ziyu_oy@qq.com.

Key points: (1) one account corresponds to one assistant that belongs to you, and your data is visible only to you by default; (2) we do not serve advertisements, build advertising profiles or sell your personal information to any third party; (3) when answering you, the fragments necessary to complete the task are processed by a large-model service provider, as described in Section 3; (4) you may access, copy, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, at any time.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

1.1 Account registration and login. To create an account we collect your email address and mobile phone number: the email address is used to receive registration and login verification codes, and the phone number is used by other users to find you and serves as a way for you to recover your account.

To protect account security we collect your login passcode. The passcode is stored only as an irreversible hash; we cannot see the original.

1.2 Information you provide. The content you send and keep in the Service, including the text, images, voice messages and files you exchange with your assistant and your contacts, the screenshots you send to your assistant, and the profile entries and to-dos organised for you from them.

The information you enter or ask us to keep, such as names and forms of address, dates, places, and health and medical records you choose to keep.

1.3 System data read with your authorisation. Screenshots: only after you turn on the Screenshot Connector do we read images the system marks as screenshots, in order to organise the text in them. Calendar: only after your confirmation do we write the events you ask us to create into your system calendar.。.

Each of these can be turned off individually in the app. While the relevant switch is off, we do not read that system data.

1.4 Device and operational information. To deliver messages and calls to your device we collect the push token (APNs token) and the build number; to diagnose faults and keep the Service stable and secure we keep server-side operational logs (such as request time, result status and error codes), but not the content of your messages.

1.5 Security. To prevent account theft, abuse and bulk registration, we use login and request frequency information for necessary risk control.

1.6 Cases where consent is not required. Where laws and regulations provide, we may process your personal information without consent in order to fulfil legal obligations, to respond to a public health emergency, or where necessary in an emergency to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons.

2. How We Handle Images, Voice and Files

Images: original images are never uploaded. What is uploaded is a compressed small image used only for that recognition or sending; the small image used for recognition is held in memory only, has a firm size limit, and is released immediately when processing is completed, fails or is cancelled, and in no case later than one hour. What is kept long-term is the text recognised from the image and the entries you confirm. Text in screenshots on your device is recognised on the device itself.

Voice: the voice messages you send are used for delivery and transcription, and the transcription is kept with the conversation for your later reference; the audio of voice calls is used for real-time transmission only and for no other purpose.

Files: the files you send are kept as message content, for transmission between you and your contacts.

3. How We Use Artificial Intelligence to Process Your Information

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide assistant capabilities. To answer your questions, organise information and generate reminders, we send the conversation fragments and the to-do and profile entries necessary to complete the task to the technical service provider that supplies the model capability for us (Tencent Cloud's large-model service, which hosts DeepSeek and other models), in order to generate the answer.

The identity of that provider, the purpose of processing and the types of information involved are listed in the third-party sharing list in Section 7. Before first use we tell you this clearly in the app and obtain your separate consent; you may also contact us at any time as described in Section 12.

We agree with that provider that it will not use your information to train its models and will not use it for any purpose other than generating the answer. Until we have completed verification, we will not make statements such as "zero retention on the provider side" that go beyond the facts.

We do not use your personal information to train our own models and do not use it to build advertising profiles. If we ever need to use your information for other purposes, we will tell you again and obtain your consent.

Tencent Cloud undertakes not to use your input to train Tencent Cloud's own models; and we do not use your information to train any model. The third-party model we call processes data under its own service rules.

4. How We Store Your Information

4.1 Storage location. Your information is stored on servers located in mainland China. If you use the Service outside mainland China, your information will be transferred to and stored in mainland China; we handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law and adopt the security measures described in this Policy.

4.2 Retention period. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service to you and for the retention periods prescribed by laws and administrative regulations. Conversations, profile entries and to-dos are kept while you use the Service so that you can consult them at any time.

4.3 Deletion. When you delete a message or a profile entry, or turn off a connector, the corresponding information is deleted or no longer processed. After you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal information and data derived from it, such as your assistant's profile, unless laws or regulations provide otherwise.

4.4 Cessation of operations. If we cease operating the Service we will tell you by push notification, announcement or other reasonable means, and delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period.

4.5 Anonymisation. Information technically processed so that you can no longer be identified and cannot be restored to an identifiable form is no longer personal information and may continue to be used as permitted by law.

5. How We Protect Your Information

5.1 We protect your information with technical measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS and the like) and encryption at rest; server-side keys and access credentials are never shipped with the app, and access follows the principle of least privilege.

5.2 We operate on the principle of instance isolation: one account corresponds to an independent assistant instance and data space, and cross-account reads are rejected on the server.

5.3 We follow least-privilege and audit requirements; staff, if any, who come into contact with your personal information do so only as necessary to provide the Service and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Handling of Personal Information Security Incidents

If a personal information breach, tampering or loss occurs or may occur, we will immediately take remedial measures and, as required by law, inform and report to you: the basic circumstances and the possible impact of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and the complaint and help channels available to you.

We will also report to the supervisory authorities as required by laws and regulations; where it is difficult to inform each individual, we will publish a notice by announcement or other reasonable means.

7. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Information

7.1 We do not sell your personal information, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and do not build advertising profiles.

7.2 Third-party sharing list: Tencent Cloud (Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and affiliates) for speech synthesis, speech transcription and transactional email, used to read text aloud, turn speech into text and send you verification-code emails; Tencent Cloud's large-model service, hosting DeepSeek and other models, for generating assistant answers, processing the conversation fragments and profile entries necessary to complete the task; Apple (Apple Inc.) for push notifications and app distribution, processing the push token and notification content in order to deliver messages to your device.

These providers process the relevant information under their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Policy. We require them to process information in accordance with this Policy and our agreements, and to adopt security measures no less stringent than ours.

7.3 Disclosure required by law. Where laws or regulations provide, or where a judicial or administrative authority makes a mandatory request, we may have to provide the necessary information; we handle such requests prudently in accordance with the law and require the requesting party to produce lawful and valid procedural documents.

7.4 Transfer. If a merger, split, dissolution or acquisition involving the transfer of personal information occurs, we will tell you the name and contact details of the recipient and require it to continue to be bound by this Policy; if the recipient changes the purpose or method of processing, we will obtain your consent again.

7.5 Public disclosure. We do not publicly disclose your personal information, except where laws or regulations provide or you give your separate consent.

8. Handling of Sensitive Personal Information

Your health and medical records, the content of your screenshots and your voice are sensitive personal information. We process them only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant function and only with your separate consent. You may turn the relevant connectors off individually in the app or withdraw your authorisation; refusing only means that you cannot use the relevant function and does not affect your use of the other functions of the Service.

We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising, marketing or purposes unrelated to providing the Service, and we do not use it to train models.

If, in the course of using the Service, you provide the health or medical information of another person, including a family member, please make sure you have obtained that person's consent.

9. Your Rights

9.1 You may at any time access, copy, correct, supplement or delete the personal information you have provided or generated, withdraw your previous consent, or delete your account. The relevant entries are on the "Me" page in the app; you may also make a request to us as described in Section 12 of this Policy.

9.2 We will accept and respond to such requests within the periods prescribed by laws and regulations. After your account is deleted we will delete or anonymise your personal information as described in this Policy; this operation cannot be undone.

9.3 If you believe that our processing of your personal information has harmed your lawful rights and interests, you may complain to us at ziyu_oy@qq.com, report to the supervisory authorities, or bring a lawsuit before a competent people's court.

10. Protection of Minors

The Service is not intended for minors under 18 and does not offer content involving virtual intimate relationships. Minors should not use the Service without the consent of a guardian.

If a child under 14 genuinely needs to use the Service, a guardian should read this Policy and give consent, and the child should use the Service under the guardian's guidance and supervision; the guardian may contact us at ziyu_oy@qq.com to access, correct or delete the child's personal information, or to withdraw consent.

We recommend that minors and their guardians do not provide sensitive information such as real names, identity documents, facial photographs, or home or school addresses in conversations or images.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy in response to business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. After an update we will post a prominent notice in the app or on this page and update the date shown at the top.

For material changes involving the purpose or method of processing, or the categories of personal information, we will tell you again and obtain your consent; if you do not agree, you may stop using the Service or delete your account.
